Christian Malone began private practice in Bend, Oregon after completing a series of clerkships at the Oregon Supreme Court. Following his graduation from Willamette University College of Law in 2005, he served as a petitions clerk to Chief Justice Paul J.
De Muniz and then as a judicial clerk to Associate Justice Virginia L. Linder. While at the Court, he developed an invaluable skill set that benefits his practice every day.
Since moving to Bend in 2008, Mr. Malone’s practice has focused primarily on representing clients in a variety of civil cases in Oregon’s trial and appellate courts and private arbitrations, including real property disputes, business disputes, and HOA disputes.
